Integrity - Act in an honest and truthful way.
Manner or Etiquette - Never be selfish, disrespectful, or undisciplined. Undisciplined
means a person who doesn't follow the rule. Good manners are a person who cares or respects
others.
Personality - Communicate your own values, attitudes, and opinions.
Everything that reflects your personality such as the way you dress or speak on your Facebook,
things that you post on FB. Remember social media can kill you if you don’t use it in a good way.
Appearance - Always present yourself to the best advantage. For a job application, you
should wear a professional dress that people expect you to look professional.

Consideration - see yourself from the speaker or patient or the person that you talk to like
your boss, then evaluate what they need or how you can help them.
Tact - think before you speak or talk to the patient.
• Professionalism: Practice every day is not hard to be a professional
• Excellence is to do a common thing in an uncommon way: Doing common things but it
should be a professional way or creative way.
