RESOLUTION 2018-84

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF STORM WATER
EASEMENT LOCATED AT 10500-10580 DURAND AVENUE

WHEREAS, the Village is the holder of a storm water easement
(“Easements”) at 10500-10580 Durand Avenue depicted on the attached

Exhibit A hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the Village is willing to release the storm water easement to
the implicated property owner in exchange for the property owner’s agreement

to release the Village from any further obligation as to the storm water

easement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Board of the
Village of Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin, that the Village will enter into
an easement release agreements, in a form acceptable to the Village,
pertaining to the storm water easement depicted on Exhibit A for located at
10500-10580 Durand Aveneue.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 16th day of October, 2018.
