RESOLUTION BY THE ADMINISTRATION, PERSONNEL, POLICY, AND
LEGAL COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO AN AGREEMENT

WITH EMB WEBSITE DESIGN FOR WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

WHEREAS, EMB Website Design created a new website for the Village in
2017; and

WHEREAS, EMB Website Design maintained the Village website in 2018;
and

WHEREAS, EMB Website is requesting that the Village of Sturtevant
enter into a contract for 2019; and

WHEREAS, the Village of Sturtevant is satisfied with the current services
provided by EMB Website Design.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. That the execution of a contract with EMB Website Design for
website maintenance for the Village of Sturtevant is authorized
and approved at a cost of $600 per month.

2. The contract will begin November 1, 2018, and will expire
December 31, 2019, with the potential to extend the contract.

3. That the funds for said contract shall continue to be taken from
account #101-51600-326.

4. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to sign any agreements or other documents necessary to carry
out the intent of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 16th day of October, 2018.
