Parkside Football Club 1897/2017

The U10 side started the year with a shortage of players but by the 4th round we had more than a
full team. I would like to thank Danny Clarke for coaching the U10's.

The U12 side just missed out on the finals. This was fantastic as all but three players can play in this
age level again. Thanks to David Considine for coaching the side.

I would also like to thank a number of other people who assisted me through the year. Rebecca
Rawlings for taking over Auskick. Brian Wilson for assisting me with the paperwork and also ordering
shorts, jumpers etc. Peter Clarke who assisted with the training and opening the rooms when I could
not get there, and of course all the parents.

Next year

A junior committee will be set up so the juniors can be better promoted, and to assist with
fundraising etc.

It is most important that we have an u14 side, as despite not having enough for this year a number
of the players stayed at the club and attended training. They also helped with the other teams.
Danny Clarke and David Considine have already agreed to coach again. David has also said he will
coach the U 14's as well if we are unable to get another coach. So if anyone else is interested please
let me know.

It is hoped that some senior players will assist next year as I know the kids do enjoy this.
