Not All Bad
This year has been a different year for my family.
They were looking forward to their holiday in
Nigeria. We had to cancel our travel due to the
COVID 19. All our plans had to be put on hold.
This year, my children’s holiday has to be spent in
the UK. Some of their plans were to visit
‘Mouseland’ and eat in restaurants, but since

March 23 , my children had to stay at home. Their
school, like all other schools, had to close due to the
pandemic.
Having them at home all the time has kept me
busy and I have been spending a lot of money on
food. There are good things though about having
my children at home. I’ve been spending a lot of
time doing their homework with them.
I sometimes have to go out with my daughter
shopping. She prefers to wear a mask every time
she goes out. She finally goes out with her mother
shopping and I enjoy these moments with her.
