A New Bakery in Town

This is MUG

I am the manager of the new bakery shop in London. Allow me to tell you about it!

The shop is based in Victoria Station; one of the best places ever because we work with
lots of tourists, who want to have a little break with a cup of coffee and something to eat.
Customers can sit inside or outside in our amazing back garden on comfortable chairs and
enjoy their coffee on sturdy tables, surrounded by plants and flowers. There is also our
take-away service with lovely paper cups— no plastics (something great for the
environment).

I started this new company because I love this job and I know lots of people love it too. I
really want to make a new family in this sector and be happy to work with people who care
about this job because the best thing ever is working in a place who makes you happy. Am
I right? What do you think?

This is MUG specialises in three different confectionaries: cookies, cupcakes and cakes. Our
main beverages are tea, coffee and cold drinks. A small section of our business is dedicated
to catering for birthday and wedding parties.

I have a team of ten people who make the business work like clockwork: five bakers, two
at reception and three who do the rounds around London, delivering our amazing
confectionaries and drinks in our company car.

Our products are very fresh and free from preservatives. We use the best quality
ingredients, such as eggs, butter and flour, which are locally sourced. Our menu includes
gluten free products and also suitable for vegans.

This is what I imagine my company to be, so I would be happy to start this new and amazing
walk with you! Let’s have a meeting and make my dream a reality in the heart of London.
