Looking at each of the stages in sequence, the EEA emphasises:
- Exploring your educational values and your motivation for conducting your
enquiry as well as the culture of your work context, and what is known from a
best practice perspective that may apply to that context. This stage provides you
with a set of guiding principles for your research.
- Understanding your talent and skills, your role and its place within your
workplace, as well as the fears and aspirations of those you work with. This
stage frames your commitment and informs what you need to do to contribute to
change through the production of a multimedia resource.
- Creating an innovative multimedia artefact with vision and originality,
collaborating to co-create knowledge, taking risks confidently while regularly
presenting, or performing, your research to your peers, within an environment
designed to ensure honest and reliable feedback. This stage results in the
production of a quality resource, refined through a rigourous process of
collaboration and review.
- Transforming your own practice with new skills and through personal
development, changing your workplace practice and culture, and impacting on
broader society. This stage provides evidence to uphold the benefit of your
research in light of your guiding principles.
