PROGRAMMING OPERATIONS
               Our dedicated team of account managers works with individual members to manage day-to-day
               content needs. We keep members up-to-date on administrative changes, technical changes, contractual
               obligations, and opportunities for joint promotions and marketing. NCTC provides back office support
               for members, helping members manage their time and teams more efficiently allowing them to focus
               more efforts on business growth.

               MEMBER BENEFITS
               •   Regular notifications and alerts: We provide information on name changes, technical changes,
                   local advertising alerts, agreement end dates, and other changes to programming and content
                   agreements.
               •   Marketing support: We work with content providers to secure marketing dollars or promotional

                   channels, movies, and shows, and to build loyalty with their subscribers.
