MIL recognized as a Best Recruiter by ClearedJobs.Net

MIL was congratulated and recognized by the organizing team at ClearedJobs.Net for our successful
participation at a recent Cleared Job Fair. ClearedJobs informed us that Job Seekers voted MIL as one
of the top three best companies at the event, noting that MIL’s “positive
presence at the event supports your company’s brand as one of the best
in the industry.”
Thanks to the efforts of MIL recruiters David Fernadez and Joel Pagella (pictured), MIL will receive an
invitation to ClearedJobs’ annual Best Recruiter celebration in November 2018. For more information

ISO-9001 Certification

Please join me in congratulating Katie McCurry, Jennifer Johnson, Kenya Pettis, Sarah Kelly, and Sally Beckett-Jeffery in
achieving the ISO-9001 certification against the new standard for the MIL Corporation. Lots of preparation and efforts
were necessary to update our MIL ISO Quality Management System (QMS) program to conform to the new standard (a
new standard is issued by the ISO organization every 8 years). The external audit lasted 1.5 days and we passed it with flying
colors without any non-conformances or opportunities for improvement noted.
I can tell you without a doubt, that our QMS team is top-notch with a strong focus on quality, our customers, processes,
and continuous improvements. It is a true pleasure and honor to work with Sally, Sarah, Kenya, Jennifer, and Katie – true
professionals that make a positive impact every day.
