What is the timeline from permitting, advertisement, bidding, board approval and NTP?
NOTES: F. BOARD APPROVAL
The Board agrees that if the Contract is awarded, it will be awarded to the
Proposer offering the best value to the district. The Board of Trustees is not
bound to accept the lowest priced Proposal, if that Proposal is judged not
to be the best value for the District as determined by the Board. The Board
reserves the right to accept or reject any/or all proposals and to waive any
informalities.
