            A. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN A PROJECT IS BEHIND SCHEDULE?          NOTES:

            It is ideal to receive notice of anything that can result in delays to a project.
            The following are ways to track a project schedule:

               Critical path and milestones are not being met
               Whether the General Contractor can meet the completion date of their
                task
               Walking the project to confirm progress
               Talk with the construction superintendent to gauge progress of the
                project
               Help with subcontractors
               Note the amount of production and whether proper supervision is
                present
               Note the amount of manpower
