A. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN A PROJECT IS BEHIND SCHEDULE? NOTES:
It is ideal to receive notice of anything that can result in delays to a project.
The following are ways to track a project schedule:
Critical path and milestones are not being met
Whether the General Contractor can meet the completion date of their
task
Walking the project to confirm progress
Talk with the construction superintendent to gauge progress of the
project
Help with subcontractors
Note the amount of production and whether proper supervision is
present
Note the amount of manpower
