2       Be responsible for the administration of the Association.
                            3       Supervise all staff employed by the Association.
                            4         Perform such other organization duties as the Chief

                                    Commissioner shall direct.



                    The National Scout Executive shall be employed under contract with the

                    Association subject to such terms and conditions approved by the National

                    Executive Committee.

                    In the absence of a National Scout Executive a committee of the President,

                    Chief Scout, Chief Commissioner, National Training Commissioner, and
                    Treasurer will perform the duties and functions of the National Scout

                    Executive.


                    Article 7 Commissioner Staff and Professional Staff


                     Section 1 Commissioner Staff


                    The Commissioner Staff shall be composed of the Chief Commissioner and
                    one or more Assistant Chief Commissioner’s, Commissioner’s Assistant

                    Commissioner’s District Commissioner’s and Assistant District
                    Commissioner’s. Each such person shall be 25   years   of age or over to whom
                    The Scout Association of The Bahamas has issued a Commissioner’s

                    warrant, subject to the approval of the Chief Scout.
                    Each member of the Commissioner Staff shall serve as a volunteer and carry
                    out the mission of the position for which the Commissioner will plan for the

                    delivery of its programs to the groups and district in accord with these
                    Bylaws, Policies, Procedures, and Rules and Regulations of The Scout

                    Association of The Bahamas.


                    Section 2 Professional Staff



                    The Scout Association of The Bahamas may employ individuals in
                    professional positions. Such members of the professional staff shall be
                    appointed to office upon the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner
                    with the approval of the National Executive Committee and shall serve

                    under the direction and supervision of the National Scout Executive at the

                    pleasure of the Chief Commissioner and the National Executive Committee.
