Two jadeite snuff bottles
One of compressed rounded form, the other of
compressed oblong form with tapering shoulders, the
pale stone with irregular apple green inclusions, jadeite
mounted stopper and metal stopper.
The rectangular bottle 7cm (2.3/4in) long including
stopper. (4).

A very pale green and russet jade ‘Liu Hai’
bottle
Late Qing Dynasty
The very pale stone of an even tone, well hollowed in the form
of a double gourd, carved in shallow relief to one side with
a youthful Liu Hai leading on a string his three legged toad,
cleverly carved in high relief from the single russet inclusion in
the stone, rose quartz stopper. 6cm (21/4in) high (2).
