A PINK TOURMALINE AND JADEITE NECKLACE
The necklace consists of thirty six well-matched pink tourmaline beads
of the same size, two smaller beads of waisted shape and two of slightly
larger size, joined by linked mottled green jadeite rings and gold beads
and hung with a large pink tourmaline pebble-shaped pendant.

A SMALL PALE GREYISH-WHITE AND RUSSET
AGATE CARVING OF BADGERS
SUZHOU SCHOOL, 18TH-19TH CENTURY
The carving depicts two badgers (huan) of diferent size grasping
in their jaws the fowering chrysanthemum stem between them.
The fowers and the smaller badger are picked out in the russet areas
in the semi-translucent stone.
