The ‘green’ incarnation of Tara modelled Seated side-saddle upon a boar, the deity
seated in lalitasana on a double-lotus throne, bearing a clinging dhoti, beaded jewellery
the sinuous body bedecked with hardstone and billowing scarves, their hands in the
inset jewellery, the hands in vitarka and gesture of teaching before their torso, all on
varada mudra and holding the stems of two a domed stand in the shape of rockwork.
