The compressed ovoid vase decorated with an overall design of blossoming
irises in shades of purple, blue, green, and white against a bright yellow
ground, fading to white toward the foot, silvered-copper mounts, signed on
the underside with the impressed mark of the Ando workshop

Meiji era (1868-1912), late 19th century
The globular vase with a stepped rim and set on a splayed foot, worked
in silver wire and colored enamels with a flock of sparrows against a black
ground, the rim decorated with futatsu-domoe (comma motifs) on a band of
key frets and the foot with floral lappets

The ovoid body with an elongated neck and splayed foot worked in
polychrome enamels with a continuous design of blossoming irises against
a graduated blue ground, changing to white at the foot, signed on the
underside with the mark of Gonda Hirosuke, and inscribed Kumiai isho
senyo (Exclusive to the design union), silver mounts
