HOURS
HOURS OF WORK
The regular hours of the clients may vary. The Human Resources Team will let you know your
work schedule, including what time you will be expected to start and finish work each day.
You are expected to be at your location, ready to start work, at the beginning of your shift.
Unless you make other arrangements with your onsite supervisor, you are expected to work
until closing time.
MEAL AND REST BREAKS
Meal breaks are generally unpaid. However, employees who are required to work or remain at
their stations during the meal break will be paid for that time. Where required by law,
employees may also be entitled to paid rest breaks of no longer than 20-minutes in length.
LACTATION BREAKS
Our Company recognizes the value and importance of breast-feeding, and supports our
employees’ desire to breast-feed their infants. If you are breast-feeding your child, you
may use your meal and rest breaks to express breast milk. If you need more time, please
speak to your Human Resources Service Team.
WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Except in the case of an emergency, you are expected to notify your on-site supervisor prior to
the scheduled reporting time and as soon as you know that you will be unable to report to work
as scheduled.
If you do not report to work as scheduled and do not provide appropriate notification, you may
be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the client assignment and
termination from employment.
