DRESS CODE POLICY

You are expected to maintain an appropriate appearance that is professional, business-like,
neat, and clean, as determined by the nature of the work, safety requirements, and the dress

               code policy of the client.

Good personal hygiene is expected and includes but is not limited to keeping hair clean,
combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged, including sideburns, moustaches, and beards.
Recreational or athletic attire and footwear are not acceptable.

We recognize that personal appearance is an important element of self-expression and strive
not to control or dictate appropriate employee appearance, specifically with regard to jewelry
or tattoos worn as a matter of personal choice.

In keeping with this approach, we allow reasonable self-expression through personal
appearance, as long as it is:

 not a conflict with an employee’s ability to perform his or her position effectively or
with his or her specific work environment
                    regarded as non-offensive or non-harassing toward co-workers
 in compliance of the dress code policy of the client

We permit you to wear jewelry at the workplace within the following guidelines:

 Jewelry kept to a minimum in number and size
                     Present a professional image
                     Not a safety hazard
Tattoos and body piercings should be discreet and non-offensive. If visible, you must cover the

tattoos and cover or remove body piercings, other than small earrings, while on the worksite or
while conducting business. If you have religious reasons for your tattoos or piercings, you
should consult with a Human Resource Service Team Member for guidance about following this
               policy.

The Human Resource Service Team Member will advise you of the appropriate dress for your
assignment. Any employee who does not meet the dress and hygiene requirements may be
sent home to change and will not be paid for the time away from work. Repeated violations of

this policy will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

This policy is not intended to interfere with any employee's disability or religious beliefs. If for
any reason you need an accommodation, please contact the Human Resource Service Team.
