Misunderstandings, conflicts, and concerns can arise in any organization. To ensure effective
working relationships and the proper servicing of our clients, it is important that such matters
be resolved before more serious problems develop. As such, you are encouraged, and in some
situations required, to bring work-related concerns to the attention of the on-site supervisor -
including but not limited to conflicts or concerns about job expectations, pay, working
conditions and working relationships, as well as policies and procedures.
Whenever possible, you should try to resolve work-related concerns through the on-site
supervisor. Because on-site supervisors are closest to the situation, they are generally in the
best position to help resolve the concern. If the concern cannot be resolved through the on-
site supervisor, the concern continues, or the outcome is not satisfactory, the Human Resource
Service Team should be contacted.
We take all concerns seriously. If you witness or are subject to inappropriate conduct in the
workplace there is no requirement to follow any formal chain of command when trying to
resolve a concern. You may file complaints or express any issue of concern with the Human
Resource Service Team or any member of our Executive Team at any time. All concerns will be
kept confidential to the maximum extent possible. Inappropriate conduct includes any conduct
prohibited by our policies about harassment, discrimination, discipline, workplace violence,
health and safety, wages and hours, and drug and alcohol use. In addition, we encourage you to
come forward with any workplace complaint, even if the subject of the complaint is not
explicitly covered by our written policies.
We encourage you to come forward with complaints immediately, so we can take whatever
action is needed to handle the problem. Once a complaint has been made, the Human
Resource Service Team will determine how to handle it. For serious complaints, we will
immediately conduct a complete and impartial investigation.
We expect you to cooperate fully in Company and/or client investigations by, for example,
answering questions completely and honestly and giving the investigator all documents and
other material that might be relevant. All complaints will be handled as confidentially as
possible. When the investigation is complete, we will take corrective action, if appropriate.
