COMPANY EQUIPMENT IS FOR BUSINESS USE ONLY

Employees may not use ours or the client’s electronic systems to transmit their personal
opinions by, for example, posting a comment to a blog or social networking page or
               contributing to an online forum.

If you ever recommend your Company’s services to a friend or another, you must always state
that you work for such company.

               MONITORED INTERNET USE

We reserve the right to monitor employee use of the Internet at any time. You should not
expect that your use of the Internet—including but not limited to the sites you visit, the amount
of time you spend online, and the communications you have—will be private.

PERSONAL USE OF THE INTERNET IS PROHIBITED

Our network and Internet access are for official business only. You may not access the Internet
for personal use at any time. Any employee who uses the Internet access for personal reasons
               may be subject to discipline.

               PERSONAL EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Accessing your personal email account from work creates security risks. Therefore, you may
not access your personal email accounts from any work computer.

You may not use your own personal email accounts to transact business for us or the client.
This includes storing work-related documents and email messages in your personal email
account, sending work to your personal email account, engaging in work-related

communications (with customers, clients, or coworkers, for example) using your personal email
account, or “bouncing” messages from your Company email to your personal email when you
               are out of the office.

If you work off site (for example, at home or on business travel), please contact the IT
department to find out how to safely transmit and protect confidential business information.

               SOFTWARE USE

You may only use licensed software in accordance with the terms of its license agreement.
Violating a license agreement is not only unethical: It is also illegal and can subject us or the
client to criminal prosecution and substantial monetary penalties.

To help us adhere to this policy, you may not do any of the following without written
               authorization:
Checks and Balances, Inc. 34 1/2017

Disclaimer: This Handbook contains internal confidential propriety information. The policies can change at any time, for any
               reason, without warning.
