Observe and comply with all posted speed limits. Speeding and aggressive driving is
prohibited.
Wear seat belts whenever a vehicle is in motion.
Refrain from all cell phone usage, including texting, while driving for Company business
when the vehicle is in motion or stopped at a red light. Cell phone and texting is only
permitted when the vehicle is in park and off the road.
Respect the rights of other drivers and pedestrians.
Refrain from being under the influence of illegal drugs, prescription drugs that affect an
Employee’s ability to drive safely, or alcohol while operating a vehicle on Company
business.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
TRAFFIC AND MOVING VIOLATIONS
While driving on business, if you receive a citation for a traffic violation, you must report the
violation to us within 72 hours. You are responsible for paying for any parking or traffic
violation fines.
Accidents that occur while driving your personal vehicle during business hours are required to
be reported to us within 24 hours or as soon as practicable, if injured. A copy of the police
report or ticket is to be supplied with the report. Failure to report such accidents to the
Company may be grounds for immediate termination depending upon the circumstances.
AT-FAULT ACCIDENTS
If you are driving your personal vehicle and cause an at fault accident while conducting business
for us, you will be liable for any damages incurred by us that arise as a result of the Employee’s
at fault accident.
DRUG TESTING
Any Employee who drives a personal vehicle for company business will be drug-tested after an
accident. The drug testing procedure will follow the established Company drug and alcohol
policy.

We are committed to a safe work environment for our employees, and to work with our
employees to maintain a work environment that is free from violence, harassment,
intimidation, and other disruptive behavior. We will not tolerate any acts or threats of violence
by any employee or former employee against any other employee, former employee, clients,
co-workers, or visitors on company or client property at any time or while engaged in business
with or on behalf of the company or client, on or off company or client property at any time.
