What new technology are we selecting to drive our business forward?
We are going to be rolling out our digital presence which will include multiple areas of digital
improvement. Further information will be shared over the coming months.
When are we getting faster PCs?
26 computers will be delivered in 3 weeks and the second order will arrive before the end
of May.
What level of IT upgrade is expected to happen with regards to meeting rooms and Business
Centre equipment?
Current Reception computers can be transferred to the Business Centre when replaced.
We want to find the right technology for our meeting rooms to ensure consistency.
People and Training
What sort of staff events can we expect this year?
A drinks reception for all staff will be held on Thursday, 2nd May at Nova North. A late
summer event is being planned also.
When it comes to the Christmas period and the days in between Christmas and new year,
have LEO looked at being closed for these few days?
Centres will be closed on Friday, 27th December. Full holiday period timetable will be shared
separately.
What training are you putting into place this year and for which job roles?
Retention training is a focus area for 2019. This will be rolled out for Operations (and
Account Management and Sales) over the next few weeks.
What actions do LEO have planned to reduce staff turnover to encourage good people to
stay in the business?
It is everyone’s responsibility to help with engagement of our teams and to take advantage
of opportunities to improve.
