The Dandenong Shed was host to 25 teams from across Australia and
                                        nd
New Zealand between the 18 and 22 of January. The Australia Day
                                th
Cup managed by Roller Hockey Australia is the largest Roller Hockey
      competition in Asia Pacific.

Thanks to more than 15 officials who helped make it a great event by
ensuring fair play, safety for all competitors and keeping all games to
the schedule which allowed 150 athletes to compete over 5 days in
Under 11s, Under 14s, Under 17s , Ladies and Senior Mens divisions.

The event saw more than 400 spectators and players pass through the
doors during the competition. The Shed was bursting at the seams with
standing room only, as the 100 seat grand stand was completely full
from 9am every day with parents, players and spectators enjoying the
high quality of games and sportsmanship between all players.

The event couldn’t have happened without the support of Skate
Victoria, The Victorian Government, Fire Hydrant Testing Australia,
      JOST Hockey and Drew Media
