Any club who wants to sell or consume alcohol on their premises must apply for a
liquor license to meet the requirements of their state. The license controls how
alcohol is sold and distributed to members and their guests based on legislation
known as Liquour Licensing Acts. The Acts may vary for each State/Territory so
your club needs to refer to the appropriate guidelines.
Go to Good Sports http://goodsports.com.au/resources/license-laws/ to find your
State Territory link to open a new page to take you to Liquor Licensing guidelines
and requirements.
