                   A. Kwetiau Recipes
                       Ingredients:

                       1.  Flat rice noodles/ kwetiau      100 gr
                       2.  Cabbage                         10 gr

                       3.  Collard                         15 gr

                       4.  Bean sprout                     5 gr
                       5.  Scallion                        3 gr

                       6.  Garlic                          7 gr
                       7.  Soy sauce                       10 ml

                       8.  Sweet soy sauce                 30 ml

                       9.  Salt                            10 gr
                       10. Sugar                           5 gr

                       11. White pepper                    5 gr


                       How to make:

                       1.  Prepare the equipment used to cook kwetiau. Then prepare and wash all ingredents.
                       2.  Minced garlic, cut the cabbage and collard with chiffonade style.

                       3.  Heat wok until hot and smoking on high heat.
                       4.  Reduce heat to medium-high, then add oil, swirl around to coat the wok.

                       5.  Add garlic, stir 30 sconds until garlic is golden brown.
                       6.  Add flat rice noodles/ kwetiau, bean sprout, cabbage, and collard, stir 1 minute.

                       7.  Add scallion. Soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir onlu to

                          mix.
                       8.  Remove from heat and immediately transfer to plate for platting and add garnish,

                          then serve the kwetiau.
