301: Sales Consultant Certification
Skills & Competency Evaluation
Sales Consultant Certification is designed to
further develop sales representatives and
solidify their position as a sales consultant.
Certification training offers advanced Essilor
portfolio information, selling skills and
techniques to help when selling to multiple
customers within an Eye Care Professional
office. This course focuses on the Sales
Consultants demonstrating consulting skills,
reporting and analytics, territory analysis and
developing their business utilizing
segmentation to a leadership panel of experts.
By completion of this course, participants will have demonstrated in multiple graded role-play
and case study analysis their deeper understanding of the key solutions offered by Essilor, how
those solutions are positioned and specific selling strategies against competitors in their market.
Sales Consultants are required to attend this course 60-90 day after completion of 201, or when
their sales manager feels they are prepared.
Prerequisites:
Completion of 101 Virtual Training, 201 Live Training, 301 Entrance Exam
