           Preparation of Standard and test solution for absorption in calorimeter: Take a set of test tube for the

           Note : Test sol.-1 and water-1 for DCP / MCP, test sol.-
           2 and water-2: for feed, dry fish, MBM etc.

           FMix the contents in the test tube using cyclo mixer
              and let the test tube stand for 20 minutes in dark
              room. (Picture - 18)

           FMeasure Optical Density (OD) of standard and test
              solution against blank using a Colorimeter at 660
              nm.
