PROCESSING YOUR JOB

Once the pool contract is signed and deposit is posted, your designer

will turn in the job for processing. To process your job, we must draft

then apply for permits, any HOA, and receive a quality check by the

owner, Cohl. This process usually takes 3-4 weeks to complete, some
permits may take longer to be approved depending on job details and

time of year. We have a very thorough check and balance system to

avoid any errors on your project. Once the processing is complete,
construction scheduling will begin you will receive a phone call to set

a date for layout and excavation. We strive to have projects started

within 4 weeks from your sign date, delays in permitting or financing
may extend this period up to an additional 4 weeks.

We will stay in contact while processing your job, you can expect to
hear from our sales manager, Kelly, our drafter/permitter, Meagen and

the vice president, Lisa. Please note that you may not receive a lot of

information in the initial 3-4 weeks of processing. Feel free to contact

us if you have any questions or scheduling conflicts to ensure we have
the job coordinated correctly.
