EXCAVATION
Excavation is the actual digging of the pool. Our crew will bring out
the equipment (bobcat, excavator, etc.) to begin the dig, if they hit
hard soil there will be an additional cost for digging. Thunderbird
Pools will negotiate on homeowners behalf for best hard dig price,
once accepted we will add the hard dig cost to your excavation
payment.
If there was no pre-grade, the access wall will be removed at this
phase if stipulated in the contract.
Once complete a superintendent from Thunderbird Pools will be on site to
check the dig and collect the excavation payment (unless payment
arrangements have been made by the office).
*Please note landscaping, irrigation and underground utility lines not marked or
located by Bluestake are subject to damage at the homeowners expense
