PRE-GRADE
If stipulated in the contract, our crew will remove all obstructions that
are in the way of the layout and access to the pool, e.g. debris, grass,
trees, bushes mounding and concrete. A superintendent from
Thunderbird Pools will be on site before the pre-grade to make sure
we remove only the items stipulated in the contract. If we are tearing
down an access wall, it will be done with the pre-grade. A
Thunderbird Pools employee will bring a 4'x8' plywood access board
to secure the backyard during construction.
*Please note landscaping, irrigation and underground utility lines not
marked or located by Bluestake are subject to damage at the homeowners
expense.
