PLUMBING/GAS
Our Plumber comes in and lays all the piping for the pool, sets the
equipment (pump, filter, heater, in-floor, etc.) and plumbs in vacuum
breaker for AWL which is attached to the homes’ hose bib.
Gas lines will also be installed by the plumbers at this phase if
stipulated in the contract.
All plumbing is kept under pressure until the deck is complete, the
superintendent will continually monitor the pressure to ensure there
are no leaks while building the pool.
*Please note landscaping, irrigation and underground utility lines not
marked or located by Bluestake are subject to damage at the homeowners
expense
