LAYOUT
Our layout engineer will mark out only the pool with spray paint and
pins for the excavation a few days prior to the layout walk, this is a
chance for the home owner to see the pool placement in the yard and
make any changes before construction begins.
You will meet with your designer, our construction manager and your
superintendent to approve and sign off on the layout before we begin
to excavate. Major changes may require us to revise the permit which
will incur additional cost to the homeowner and delay the start of
construction.
