 1.  SUMMER TRI-COLOR QUINOA SALAD



 2.  EVERYDAY FRESH MEDITERRANEAN SALAD  Ingredients                             Instructions




 3.  MOM’S MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD
               Salad                          Lemon Vinaigrette                  1.  Combine all of the ingredients for the

               •  2 cups Ambrosia® Tricolor   •   /3 cup Ambrosia® Lemon Juice      salad in a large serving bowl.
                Quinoa, cooked & cooled       •  1 ½ tbsp Ambrosia® Extra Virgin   2.  In a small jar add all of the ingredients
               •  1 cup English Cucumber, chopped  Olive Oil                        for  the  vinaigrette.  Cover  with  the  lid
               •  1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, chopped  •  1 tbsp Esprit de Paris® Smooth   and  shake  until  well  combined.  Pour
               •  ¾ cup Ambrosia® Pineapple     Dijon Mustard                       the vinaigrette over the salad and stir
                Tidbits, drained              •  1 tbsp Honey                       until  everything  is  coated.  Taste  for
               •  3 tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped  •  Ambrosia® Kosher Salt, to taste   seasoning. Serve immediately or cover
