            INGREDIENTS                                         INSTRUCTIONS






            2 Cups - Ambrosia® Sliced Black or Green Olives     Pulse olives, anchovies, parsley and garlic in a food processor
            4 - Ambrosia® Anchovy Fillets                       until coarsely chopped. Stir in oil.  Cover and refrigerate up to
            ½ Cup - Fresh flat-leaf parsley                     3 days.  Serve on crackers, pita chips, or warm Italian bread.
            1 Clove - Garlic
            2 Tablespoons - Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
