            16 Ounce Jar - Ambrosia® Pickled Beets Drained Sliced  In a medium mixing bowl combine beets, red onion,
            ¼ Cup - Red Onion Sliced                            and walnuts.
            ½ Cup - Walnuts Toasted Crushed
            2 Tablespoons - Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil    In a separate medium mixing bowl combine olive oil, lemon
            1 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Lemon Juice                juice, tarragon, salt, and black pepper to make vinaigrette.
            1 Teaspoon - Tarragon Minced                        Dress salad with vinaigrette, garnish with goat cheese and
            ½ Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Kosher Salt                  serve immediately.
