GORGONZOLA



            POLENTA BITES













































            INGREDIENTS                               INSTRUCTIONS






            12 oz - Ambrosia® Polenta, Medium Grain   Cook the polenta following the instructions on the bag. Let it cool and cut
            Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to fry  polenta in small bites.
            Pepper to taste
            4 Tablespoons - Butter                    Place gluten free corn crumbs in a shallow bowl. Press both sides of
            2 Cups - Milk                             polenta bites in the corn crumbs. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-
            ¼ Cup - Parmesan Cheese                   high heat. Add polenta and cook 2-4 minutes until golden brown.
            Chopped Rosemary to Taste                 Add butter, sour cream, milk, Gorgonzola cheese and parmesan cheese &
            2 Cups - Sour Cream                       stir until the cheese melts. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
            1 Cup - Gorgonzola cheese
            Gluten Free corn crumbs for coating       Transfer the polenta to a bowl and serve with the Gorgonzola cream.
