Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited (IPL)
Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited (IPL) is designed to manufacture olefins and
polyolefins derived from Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) and Propylene Rich Feed (PRF),
specifically Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) resins, which are basic polymer
resins used in a variety of consumer and industrial products.
After Indorama Group took over the Petrochemicals Complex, it was upgraded to produce
320,000 metric tons per year of Poly Ethylene and 120,000 metric tons per year of Poly
Propylene. The Company now produces high density, linear low-density polyethylene and
Poly Propylene Co-Polymer, a high-end product. The Company is now meeting 75% of
Country’s demand for Polymer Resins.
IPL employs over 700 people one regular roles, having requisite knowledge, skills &
experience to operate and maintain the plants at more than designed capacity of
production.
