Salient features-

• In PE, 4 Bagging lines are operational but 2 runs at a time in three shifts.

• In PP, 1 Bagging line in operations with 2 shifts.

• Union Special Bag closing machine with high output is used.
• Each Bag is printed GRADE and LOT NUMBER on one side and Bagging Line

number and bag number on the other side.

• Bag weight is maintained ± 30 grams in each bag.
• Under / overweight bag gets rejected from the line automatically.
