The Inspection Department
Inspection department carries out Inspection of all static equipment at all plants using
state-of-the-art tools & techniques. The department is manned by highly skilled engineers
and technicians ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance adhering to
international best practice, compliance with international codes, standards and
regulatory/statutory requirements.
The inspection team is trained and certified in API 570, 510, CWI, CWI-painting/coating,
CSWIP 3.1, ASNT Level-II UFD, RT, UT, PT, MPT corrosion and other areas.
The inspection department is equipped with infrastructures namely an inspection
laboratory, RT dark room and film processing / Interpretation / Inspection Codes /
Handbooks, Standards / Instruments
The activities done by the inspection team are Piping Inspection / Pressure vessels
inspection / Corrosion Monitoring / Inspection of Valves (PSV, Manual etc.) / Non-
Destructive Examination / Statutory / Regulatory Inspection.
