Engineering & Maintenance
All the manufacturing plants are well supported by a competent engineering and
maintenance team comprising of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, inspection
and rotating machines cell department who extend round the clock services.
Central Engineering Workshop (CES)
The CES workshop caters to the day to day Machining, Fabrication, PSV testing, Valve
repair/testing, Mobile crane, HVAC requirement for Complex (IPL, IFCL, FCU, SSP &
Jetty)
Following facilities are available at the CES workshop:
The machine shop has Lathe Machines / Drilling Machines / Vertical Boring Machines /
Milling Machines / Surface Grinders / Pipe /Round Bar cutter / Plate bending machine /
Sheet shearing machines / Hydraulic Press and Bundle Pullers.
The fabrication shop has Welding Machines and PWHT Machines
The fleet has cranes, forklifts and trucks
