Ujjayi Pranayama






               This pranayama is popular as 'ocean breath' or 'victory breath'. It involves


               the inhalation of air slowly through the nose, fully filling the lungs and


               exhaling completely until the abdomen compresses. In this process of


               breathing, you will need to create a soft steady 'hissing' sound so that the
