I invite joggers to explain why they think it's a good idea
to dress up as a liquorice allsorts and pound their way
down the main road, face first into the sleet at stupid
o'clock in the morning?!

I had such a heavy week and ended up with such a
migraine, only managed to get to sleep by lying with a hot
water bottle on my head. Two days later, there are still
faint signs of the words 'DO NOT OVER FILL'
embossed across my face!

I’m back from my 'frequent flyer miles' trip to Hell and it
was nothing like it looked in the brochure.

I’m working on a painting which I know is rather weird
but it’s a lot of fun. Maybe I'll put up a photo of the
finished piece when it’s completed.

People keep asking me if they still use Shock Treatment in
psychiatric units. Well, yes they do but it isn’t like ‘One
flew over the cuckoo’s nest’ anymore. Now they put you
in a secure room and then get someone to burst in
unexpectedly announcing that the price of petrol is going
down!
