chewing it. Now I’m thinking of moving my life in a new
            direction. Like forwards.

I wonder if it's us artistic, philosophical people who suffer
the most (well it's out of us and the unfortunate victims
            of balcony collapse...)

I was shocked and disgusted by the suggestions of a
certain young man last night! And definitely very
interested! I’ve decided one way to cut back on Christmas
expenditure this year will be by not buying presents for
all the people in my head.

I’ve been advised to try and look at 'the bright side' more -
(although I have also been advised not to stare directly at
it and to wear shades) so I’m trying to take the 'look on
            the bright side' advice.

Day 1 of 'Looking on the Bright Side'; This morning, my
kettle blew up, pouring black smoke everywhere and
ending up as a twisted lump of charred melted plastic.
Then I realised I'd ran out of tea bags anyway - so -
'every cloud...' (Is that the sort of thing they mean?)

Day 2 of 'Looking on the Bright Side'; In this morning’s
post I got an astronomical electric bill, a mammoth credit
card bill and an obscenely huge personal loan statement
'On the Bright Side' I also got my TESCO club card
vouchers.... £1.50 worth. I think I'll send them to E-ON
with a note; 'Every Little Helps'

DAY 3 of 'LOOKING ON THE BRIGHT SIDE': My
boiler packed up last night so I have no hot running
