Commissioned Painting I created as
a bespoke Christmas gift for
someone. Been waiting to show it
on here until I knew the intended
recipient had received it and
opened it! Just heard she was
really pleased with it. Perhaps I
should create some more icon
portraits? I'd like to do an Audrey
Hepburn I think - perhaps a hazy,
dreamy one to reflect her. This Marilyn painting I did
with lots of highlights and sparkle to reflect her razzle
dazzle persona.

A little look round the XL Portrait of Marilyn I created as
a commission for one very generous guy to give to his
girlfriend for Christmas this year! Just heard she was very
pleased so I can breathe a sigh of relief. I don't normally
do straight up portraits so we agreed I would paint
Marilyn in very cool muted tones and then add a big bold
pop of colour with red glitter lipstick! There are loads of
starbursts and highlights around her as well to reflect her
dazzling persona and create an almost ethereal vibe as
she is now somewhat of a goddess. Contact me if you

will never recreate two pieces the same of course)
