                                                              2. Characteristics of many motorbike traffic
                                                              environment
                                                              2.1 Heavy traffic
                                                              According to the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Safety
                                                              Board, each month the city recorded that more than
                                                              30,000  new  personal  registered  vehicles  and  the
                                                              motorbikes accounted for 2/3. In urban areas such as
                                                              Hanoi  and  Ho  Chi  Minh  City,  motorbike  traffic
                                                              makes up nearly 90% of the total traffic volume. See
                                                              details in Table 2:
