1.3. Bike sharing in Vietnamese cities
In Ho Chi Minh City, there are two models of public
bicycles that have been piloted. One is the public
bicycle system in Quang Trung Software Company

June 2017 to serve the internal area. This system
utilizes magnetic cards to record user’s data and
