Energy Storage Systems
The junction of EV mobility and energy
infrastructure is the battery, or when
talking about grid constellations, the
Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
Affordability of ESS has been
significantly increased in recent years.
In parallel, embedded intelligence, such
as SWARM intelligence, allows to
overcome tradtional barriers of off-grid
towards micro-/mini-grid-solutions and
them towards national grid solutions.
Thinking globally - acting locally
Recently made announcement to fully EV-enable India by 2030 made
by its government, accelerates the dynamics to making the EV market
more affordable - from both perspectives, the Electric Vehicles
themselves and its infrastructure.
Why should a least developed country (LDC)
such as Rwanda not joining this wave of
industrial revolution?
