The Revolution of Imam Hussein
Observations on Dr. Hammoud’s
“The Revolution of Imam Hussein (as)”

Imam Hussein (as) the pioneer of revolutionaries and the
leader of the reformers.
Praise be to Allah in misery, adversary, happiness and
peace be upon the Prophet Muhammad and his progeny
day and night.
Ahl-ul-Bait (the progeny of the prophet) is a pure,
chaste and a pious progeny to whom almighty Allah gave
knowledge of the meaning of Holy Quran and granted
them the wisdom to differentiate between truth and
falsehood.
God made their love duty on us and made it obligatory
to worship Him through His blessing and peace be upon
them in all our prayers as al-Imam al-Shafi‘stated in his
poems:
“O! Progeny of the Messenger of Allah, your love is
our duty, which Allah revealed in the Holy Quran. Truly it
is sufficient of great honor that whoever does not send
blessings on you he shall have no prayer.”
