            2.4.3.2.2  Heat Capacity & Thermal Conductivity
            Heat Capacity and Thermal Conductivity are thermal properties which describe the ability of heat to move
            from the part to the mold, or to the surroundings.
            Heat Capacity defines the ability of a material to retain heat.  Plastic has a relatively high Heat Capacity.



















            Thermal  conductivity  describes  the  material’s  ability  to  transfer  heat.    Plastics  have  a  relatively  low
            thermal conductivity, whereas metals tend to have a higher thermal conductivity.
