2.4.2 Import Mesh
If a mesh different than the one created in the previous steps is to be used, the Import Mesh may be used.
2.4.3 Select Material
There are many ways to obtain material data for simulation:
1) Material Wizard
a. Moldex3D has a database of 7,500+ material cards across many different polymer families Commented [GU8]: changed card to cards -SS
b. See below for use of the Moldex3D Material Database
2) Material testing
a. Moldex3D offers material testing services utilizing our in-house characterization lab
b. User must ship the material to Moldex3D Headquarters located in Hsinchu, Taiwan
c. Contact a sales representative for Material Testing instructions
